BON features two delicious macaron cookies made of Italian meringue which have been lightly sprinkled with toasted sesame. The cookies then sandwich a generous “patty” made of coconut cream coated in a layer of dark chocolate before a leaf of “lettuce” made of almond paste is delicately placed on the “patty.” Finally, this masterpiece is garnished with a slice of “cheese” made of mango and “ketchup” made of raspberry confit to finish this beautiful dessert.
