Chef Marc’s Carrot Cake is a beautiful reimagining of the classic American Carrot Cake. Chef Marc’s creation features a soft carrot biscuit, cream cheese cremeux, and a luscious mango confit before a cream cheese whipped ganache is beautifully piped in delicate petals. In the center, of this flower, freshly diced mangos are adorned with carrot greens before the cake is dipped in a coat of dulce-chocolate and walnut glaze.
