This unique, in-season dessert is made of three parts—starting with a crisp, sweet dough base. The tart is then filled with a luscious corn crème brûlée made with caramelized popcorn. On top, an intense vanilla ganache is piped and decorated with chocolate spray to look like corn kernels.
