In french, JARDIN translates into “garden,” and this mother’s day, nothing says gratitude like gifting all the special mothers in your life the entire garden.

JARDIN features a soft and airy sponge cake that has been lightly brushed with rose water before generous layers of lime vanilla confit infused with dried rose petals and a honey crémeux are spread on top. The cake is then rolled into shape and dusted with a luxurious Sicilian pistachio powder. Finally, dollops of rose vanilla whipped cream adorn this delicacy before being garnished with fresh edible rose petals and dried rose petals.
