The TROPÉZIENNE” is a beautiful reimagining of this classic french cake, created in St. Tropez (southern France) in the 50s! Chef Marc’s creation features a soft and airy Brioche (sweet bread) which has been baked with crunchy coarse sugar, then dusted with powdered sugar and tangy orange zest for bite. The sweet brioche dough is then lightly brushed with an artisanal orange and vanilla syrup before being adorned with generous dollops of orange vanilla diplomat cream and orange supremes (hand-peeled orange slices with no membrane) for freshness that will leave you wanting more.
