Marc Heu Pâtisserie introduces his newest creation “Douceur D’Automne.”
Douceur D’Automne, or “Sweet Autumn” is a macaron cake featuring a fluffy cream which has been infused with mulled wine and fragrant spices. Inside the cream, you’ll find delicate chunks of candied oranges and ginger with rings of fresh blackberries. Finally this beautiful cake is garnished with candied ginger, oranges, blackberries and 24K Gold Leaf.
**NOTICE** The cream for this cake was infused with mulled wine, made with red wine. The wine was cooked down twice, however, it may still contain traces of alcohol; serve children at your own discretion.
