Marc Heu Pâtisserie introduces his annual “ROYALE GOYAVE” or “Royal Guava” as his March 2021 special!
The ROYALE GOYAVE is a Spring interpretation of Chef Marc’s famous Vanilla and Chocolate Saint Honoré in a tart form. ROYALE GOYAVE features our signature sweet dough tart shell, before a generous layer of smooth guava confit is spread and covered in a and guava cremeux. This beautiful tart is then adorned with cream puffs filled with a strawberry cremeux and coated in white chocolate and ruby chocolate (made from the ruby cocoa bean!). The final layer of this show stopper features a fluffy strawberry whipped cream and a fresh strawberry.
