Bonjour mes amis,
C'est Chef Marc. I am honored to announce my new signature dessert series titled "Hmong Heirlooms: A Signature Dessert Collection," expanding the legacy of Marc Heu Pâtisserie Paris and Hmong cuisine in the United States.
In celebration of Hmong New Year, a season that traditionally marks the end of harvest and the beginning of rest and joy, I will be creating a line of signature Hmong-inspired pastries through January.
These desserts reflect not only my French training and heritage, but also the union of French craftsmanship and technique with Hmong ingredients and our story of transformation, resilience, and joy.
KUA DIS is my offering—our HMONG HEIRLOOMS rooted in culture, memory, and the belief that the future of French pastry can hold many voices. This collection is for you, Minnesota. This collection is for all of us.
