Store Manager

Marc Heu Patisserie Paris is looking for a STORE MANAGER to join our team! Join our new and exciting team as we grow to be the top purveyors of French pastries and desserts in MN.

Details:

*Full-time: Minimum 36 hours a week

*Fixed schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off.

*Start time: Monday-Friday: 8 am-3 pm, Saturday and Sunday: 7 am-3 pm

Job Description

Sales and Production

  • Oversee sales and ensure the team is meeting their daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Data entry

Staff Management

  • Manage employee time off requests 
  • Encourage the staff to work efficient and clean
  • Delegate tasks to staff 
  • Manage staff “monthly allowance” list
  • Maintain a professional work environment
  • Give feedback to staff regarding productivity
  • Reprimand staff and or issue warnings to staff as necessary
  • Work with the management team to create growth plans for each employee.

Daily Operations

  • Make a minimum of 30 small boxes a day 
  • Make a minimum of 30 medium boxes a day
  • Make a minimum of 10 large boxes a day 
  • Manage daily orders 
  • Manage online orders daily 

Customer Relations

  • Give the highest quality customer service to guests 
  • Take orders online and over the phone 
  • Answer professional emails within 2-3 days of receiving emails
  • Issue online invoices for catering requests

Communication and Reporting

  • Report to leadership team at the end of the day regarding the task schedule, inventory, staff, incoming orders. 
  • Communicate with the Kitchen Manager regarding production schedule, tasks, and incoming orders. 

Inventory 

  • Manage inventory weekly of paper goods and office supplies

Cleanliness of StoreFront and Breakroom

  • Wipe down the refrigerated display (daily) 
  • Sweep (daily)
  • Mop (daily)
  • Clean and put away bell jars (daily)
  • Sanitize the platters (daily) 
  • Clean the restrooms (weekly)
  • Empty and replace trash bins (daily)

Kitchen Manager

Hours: FT (Overnight shift)

Pay: $30k-$45k

Minimum Experience required: 3-5 years in management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of Kitchen Staff

  • Create the weekly and daily task list
  • Delegate tasks to staff based on priority and skill set
  • Ensure the staff finish their task by the end of their shift
  • Make sure all of the tasks are finished by the end of the day
  • Encourage the staff to work efficient and clean
  • Maintain a professional work environment
  • Give feedback to staff regarding productivity
  • Reprimand staff and or issue warnings to staff when they do not meet their daily/weekly/monthly goals.
  • Work with management team to create growth plans for each kitchen employee.
  • Creating work schedule
  • Provide assistance where needed on the line, in order to meet the final production goals

  • Report to Chef Marc at the end of the day regarding the task schedule, inventory, staff, incoming orders.
  • Communicate with the Store Manager regarding production schedule, tasks, and incoming orders.

Over-night bakers
