Marc Heu Pâtisserie Paris blends classical French technique with a distinctly Hmong worldview. Founded by husband-and-wife team Chef Marc Heu and COO Gaosong Heu, the patisserie is known for its artisanal pastries, cultural storytelling, community impact, and mentorship-driven workforce. The patisserie employs 27 team members, 85% women, representing 5 languages and 12 nationalities.

Four Seasons Hotel

We collaborated with the Four Seasons to create an exclusive Hmong Heritage Dinner, blending Michelin-level French technique with ancestral Hmong flavors and storytelling. This intimate culinary experience celebrated cultural preservation through fine dining, showcasing Marc's artistry at the intersection of heritage, luxury, and modern gastronomy.


IRCA Group (USA & Italia)

Marc was selected as 1 of only 7 U.S. chefs to represent the IRCA Group—an international Italian chocolate and pastry brand—showcasing innovative desserts inspired by their products. This ambassadorship positions Marc on a global stage within the pastry industry.


Minnesota Vikings

We partnered with the Minnesota Vikings to create custom, high-end cooking class for the players and their wives, showcasing French artistry with Minnesota spirit. This collaboration reflects our commitment to elevating local sports culture through world-class pastry.

City of St. Paul's "Right Track" Program

We are proud to be selected as an official partner of Right Track, the City of Saint Paul’s youth employment initiative. Going into our second year as partners, MHPP takes great joy in providing hands-on experience in the hospitality industry while helping young people from cost-burdened homes build pathways to success.


Hmong American Partnership
