The Blueberry Tart is seeing it’s first debut in a sharable size after famously gracing our shop in the individual size. Chef Marc’s famous Blueberry Tart features our signature sweet dough tart shell, before a smooth layer of blueberry confit is spread underneath a voluptuous layer of mascarpone cremeux. This beautiful tart is then adorned with a mountain of fresh blueberries and finished with fresh grated lime zest and 24 karat gold leaf.
