Description
Marc Heu Pâtisserie Paris introduces FRAISIER! Fraisier features a thin biscuit (sponge cake), which is lightly coated with a homemade strawberry syrup, then adorned with a crown of fresh strawberries. This cake is then generously filled with a vanilla ganache, made out of Grade-A Madagascar Vanilla, before another layer of biscuit (sponge cake) is topped with a red voluptuous vanilla-almond ganache.
