Marc Heu Pâtisserie Paris presents his VANILLA SAINT HONORÉ! Vanilla Saint Honoré features hundreds of flaky, thin layers of pate feuilletée (puff pastry), underneath a crown of pate a choux, filled with a velvety vanilla pastry cream, glazed with a thin layer of caramel. The top layer features rows upon rows of vanilla pastry cream and vanilla whipped cream piped like a beautiful flower. The center piece is a proud choux with 24K gold leaf.

Shelf life: 2 days
