The Hazelnut Pear Mille-feuille is a beautiful reimagining of the classic French cake, “mille-feuille.” Chef Marc’s creation features three decadent layers of caramelized puff pastry, oozy hazelnut praline (caramelized hazelnut paste), and a velvety soft pear crémeux before powdered sugar, pear slices, and 24K gold leaf adorn the top of this beautiful creation.
