Marc Heu Pâtisserie Paris introduces OPERA! Opera features 5 layers of biscuit (sponge cake), coffee, butter cream and chocolate goodness. The almond biscuit is lightly brushed with a homemade coffee syrup, then covered with coffee buttercream, another layer of biscuit, a dark chocolate ganache, biscuits and butter cream before being enveloped by a chocolate glaze. This dessert is then finished with 24K gold leaf.
